I am a 550-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation.
My approach to teaching weaves together these lineages with Ayurvedic wisdom and mindfulness-based practices to create grounded, inclusive, and integrative experiences.
Mindfulness isn’t just a mental skill, it’s a full-body orientation to life. Whether you’re new to the practice or deepening an existing one, I offer training and guidance that invites more presence, clarity, and connection.
