Katherine Kearney

From a young age, I’ve always liked to go fast. As a ski racer, this meant the fastest down the hill. As a tennis player, this meant the fastest to the ball. As an employee, this always meant, fastest to finish my work. Did I achieve results? Yes. Did I sometimes miss key details because of speed? Yes.

But what I noticed most? That my speed was overriding my purpose. I was losing the drive and energy to be first, and gaining the curiosity of purpose, passion and motivation.

I’ve learned along the way that speed is not the only factor to succeed. Recognizing that when we increase our awareness and attention, we see the fuller picture, giving us clarity and connection with our work.

Over the years, my career has taken me from boardrooms to silent meditation halls, from crafting strategy with executive teams to guiding breathwork on yoga mats. And if there's one thread that’s woven through it all, it’s this: I care deeply about creating spaces where transformation becomes possible.

I work at the intersection of awareness and action.

Through coaching, mindfulness training, and embodied practices, I help individuals and organizations become aware of what matters and act from that place.

A lot of this work lives in the body. As a 550-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher, I offer practices that connect mind, body and breath. I teach from thousand year old traditions in yoga philosophy and buddhism, with the intention of bringing about higher levels of awareness in individuals, creating higher levels of awareness in our society to transform the world.

In my own life, I seek the same alignment I support in others. I thrive in nature, whether I’m skiing down alpine peaks, hiking up them, or diving deep into the ocean. I like to cook and experiment with plant based recipes for myself and those that I love. I write poetry as a way of witnessing the world. I gather people around questions that matter.

And if you’re here, perhaps you too are at a point of listening more deeply, of wanting to live and lead in a different way. Let’s do it together.
