About Me
Katherine is a leadership and organizational development specialist, facilitator, and teacher of yoga and meditation — dedicated to raising the global level of awareness and co-creating regenerative systems.
With a background spanning executive support, strategic planning, operations design, and leadership development, she brings a rare combination of structure and soul. Katherine has worked across a wide range of mission-driven organizations, helping teams and leaders cultivate clarity, resilience, and alignment.
At the heart of her work is a belief: real transformation starts within. Whether she’s coaching individuals, facilitating strategy sessions, or guiding mindfulness practices, Katherine integrates the inner and outer dimensions of change: blending awareness-based systems thinking with deep listening and embodied presence.
A registered 550-hour yoga teacher with training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda, Katherine’s work is rooted in the intelligence of the body, the power of breath, and the potential of presence.
Outside of work, you’ll find her adventuring to alpine summits, diving into the ocean’s depths, cooking vibrant plant-based meals, gathering friends around meaningful conversation, or capturing the poetry of life in words.
